Potato Casserole
8 medium potatoes, grated (or 1 lg. bag frozen hash browns)
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can water
corn flakes, crushed
Place grated potatoes in 9x13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Toss lightly to mix. Top with crushed Corn Flakes. Bake at 350° for 30 min.
